We’re two friends, myself (27) & Meg (26) looking for a new flatmate, preferably a working professional to join our flatshare in the Hove/Seven Dials area. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, sociable yet has their own space& respects other people’s.
The flat is furnished however the room is not though there is a cupboard just outside the room for additional storage.
There is an admin fee of £156 upfront due to change in tenants. Hot water and heating are included with the rent. Additional bills are around £100-£130.
