Double bedroom - 5 mins from the sea :)

I am renting out a double bedroom in my flat - 5 mins from the sea in the Brunswick conservation area of Hove. My flat is on the top floor and is split level, with the bedrooms on different floors so it feels quite spacious.

The room itself has a built in wardrobe and has a double bed in - which could be taken out, along with the pictures etc. There’s room for a small desk or chest of drawers too. It’s a very light, airy room and gets the sun in the afternoons.

The flat itself has recently been refurbished so I’m looking for someone who is tidy and will take good care of it :)

It’s in parking zone M and is a 20 min walk to Brighton station, about the same to Hove station and a 10 minute walk into central Brighton. It’s in a quiet road but a few mins walk to all the bars/ restaurants and 5 mins from the beach.

About Me:
I work in PR/operations/events and work from home a few days each week, so it probably won’t suit someone who works from home every day. My going out till the early hours are a bit more infrequent these days so it’s definitely not a party house! That said, I do enjoy the standard glass of wine, relax, cook in the evenings type stuff.

I'm looking for an independent, considerate flatmate who wants a room in a quiet, relaxed and peaceful flat but also happy to maybe share the odd drink/night in/out every now and then.
