Fourth floor, small double room, that gets great light in the summer months, in a recently refurbished flat, just opposite St Ann’s well gardens in Hove. Excellent transport links with bus stop just up the road, the number 7 takes you straight to Brighton or Hove station. And just a 15 minute walk into the town centre.

* Fully furnished small double room in a quiet, friendly home.
* Shared modern kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, and all the tools you might need for cooking and eating!
* Fibre optic broadband.
* All bills included.

💷 Rent & Terms:
* £600 per month (all bills included)
* £300 deposit

👥 Who lives here:
- Myself(F, live in landlord), my partner(M), and another lodger(M)
- We are all 30+
- We also have my family come to stay sometimes, throughout the year, my brother or my mum, (usually not all at once but never say never!), so must be ok with that. You will always be notified before they come to stay.

Ideal for:
A tidy, respectful professional who works away from the flat, mature student or student in their 3rd year but open to hearing from others. We are all a friendly and chilled out bunch but we don’t necessarily hang out, we tend to do our own thing, and we definitely aren’t a party flat. We do have friends round sometimes to play board games in the living room or have dinner in the kitchen. We’ll stop and have a chat when making a cuppa. That kinda vibe.

We’d like someone tidy who is happy to clean up after themselves and doesn’t mind doing their fair share of household tasks such as taking the bins out or giving the counters a wipe down and can keep their personal space clean and tidy too.
