I have a large double bedroom to rent out in Hove/Portslade.
The house is a 4 bed house shared with just myself, sharing the kitchen, and large rear garden. All bills are inclusive which includes water and utilities, TV licence, broadband,
and council tax.
There are two bathrooms so you have a private bathroom.
Only 10 min walk to portslade station and about 20 min walk to the beach
I am 29 and working full time in Brighton and will be out most of the day and looking for someone that is clean and tidy that will respect shared space and privacy. I have my three year old stay every other weekend
£850 per calendar month.
