It would be ideal for someone relocating to Brighton and Hove, working in the area temporarily, on a professional placement, between homes, or simply looking for a comfortable base by the sea.

The flat comes fully set up with everything you need, so you can arrive with just a suitcase.

The space

🛏️ Bedroom/home office: Currently arranged as a spacious workspace, with a comfortable double mattress rather than a traditional bed frame. The flat is particularly well suited to one person, or a couple comfortable with this informal sleeping setup.
🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped and ready to use.
🛁 Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower.
📍 Location: Two minutes from the seafront, close to cafés, restaurants and shops, and approximately 25 minutes’ walk from Brighton Station.

The flat has lots of natural light and a calm, homely atmosphere. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy it and take good care of it while I’m away.

Rent: £385 per week, all bills included
Minimum stay: two weeks (£770)
Discounted price for the full period: £1,670
Deposit: £500

Available for the whole period from 16 August to 18 September, or for stays of at least two weeks. Preference may be given to someone able to take the flat for the full period.
