I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one has recently moved out.

This would suit someone looking for a short-term stay (approx. 2 months) — for example, someone relocating, between places, or needing a temporary base in Brighton & Hove.

-Private ensuite bathroom (shower + toilet)
-Plenty of storage
-A quiet, private feel

The house is modern, warm and comfortable, with:

-underfloor heating and double-glazed windows (cosy in winter.)
-large well equipped kitchen with island
-two freezers
-separate study space on each floor
-lovely garden

It's a calm, well kept home on a peaceful street.

~12-minute walk to the sea
-A few minutes from Portland Road (Sainsbury’s, cafés, organic shops, etc.)
-Gym 3 minutes away + hot yoga studio nearby
-Aldrington station: 5-minute walk
-Hove station: 15-minute walk
-Easy access into Brighton by bus, bike or foot

💰 Costs

-Rent: £700pcm
-Bills: approx. £228.70/month (gas, water, council tax)
-Internet included
-Deposit: £300 (refundable)

📄 Arrangement

This would be a short-term arrangement (approx 2 months) as a permitted occupier, so the process is relatively simple and flexible. Basic referencing/ID checks may be required by the agent.

👋 About Me

I work in Public Health in London (in the office once a week, otherwise WFH).
Outside of work I enjoy walks by the sea, coffee, and generally keeping a calm, grounded home environment.
