With our great flatmate having to keep exploring the countr in the end of November/beginning of Dec, this is an incredible opportunity to move in with 3 amazing people near the beach in Hove.

​The room itself is very cozy. The reason it's probably one of the cheapest in Brighton & Hove is because the 3 bed apartment was made into a 4 bed, so the fixed rent was divisible by 4 instead of 3. The room is somewhat small but I have raised the bed by 2 feet to create loads of space underneath for storage, although it's not ideal if you study or work from Home often.

That means it comes furnished, although you're welcome to bring your own and get rid of anything.

- About us:
1 man 43yrs old videographer - certified PT, plays volleyball a few times a week, loves beer and karaoke.
1 woman, 33 and Accountant (so you know exactly how much of each house bill) - very sociable and cooks amazingly, if the party is boring she'll take over.
1 woman, 24 and cafe manager, she'll make you feel welcome even if you're socially awkward. Awesome baker.

- Large Kitchen (where we interact a lot)
- Tesco Superstore 5 min walk (literally)
- Frequent public transport (#1 #49 #5 #6 #700 buses & Hove Train Station 10mins walk away)
- King Alfred sports centre is down the road
- walking distance from Hove Beachfront, with beach volleyball courts, more restaurants, cafes, bars, tennis/racket courts etc.
