Summer sublet - double room in Hove

Living room - sliding doors out onto shared garden space

Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my double room in Hove over the summer, as I will be away for a few weeks.

About the flat…

The flat is a lovely cosy, plant filled ground floor flat with sliding doors out onto a shared garden space, close to Portland road and Boundary road shops and 10 mins away from Aldrington and Portslade train stations, both direct lines to Brighton and London. There are also bus stops right outside the estate and bike shelters to lock and store bikes.

The cost of the room is 200 per week which includes council tax (band B), water, broadband and electric - the property has no gas.

You will be sharing with my lovely flatmate Ruby, who is 24 and works Mon-Fri. We both ask that anyone applying is kind, considerate, tidy, and respects quiet time in the evenings (no loud noise from 10pm to 8am).
