I am calm and easygoing, looking for a working professional who would like to join a happy and relaxed home. I work varying shift patterns and am approachable and friendly, always happy to discuss any concerns or issues raised. I am vegan and liberal, and my home is open to someone who is respectful of this. My home is a safe space for people in the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent or disabled community, as well as people from different cultures and backgrounds 🌈

I am looking for a working professional who ideally does not work from home full time (some days are absolutely fine). I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

Previously, I have had two long-term lodgers in the 2nd bedroom. One stayed for 20 months, following another who lived here happily for 8 months. The current lodger is moving on after successfully securing a mortgage on their first property. The 2nd Bedroom has recently been secured by another lodger and therefore this toilet space will be shared by Room 2 and Room 3.

I am in the process of putting this flat on the market, meaning occasionally people will be viewing the property. This is still at an early stage and it is expected that it will take at least 8 months (likely longer) for the flat to sell. I am completely transparent about this and, if you moved in, would ensure you are kept in the loop about everything. The price of the room reflects the understanding needed around this process.

This flat was previously our home as a couple. Since separating, we have remained good friends and lived here amicably together for just over 6 months. I am now the only person living in the property. As we jointly own the flat and are selling it together, Paige may occasionally assist with enquiries about the room — but you would be living with me only (Ben)
