Double room available from mid-July in a lovely 2-bedroom flat on Palmeira Avenue, Hove. Great location — only 5 minutes to the seafront and 8 minutes to Hove Station, with parking available.
It is a double room with a queen double and a built in wardrobe and extra storage, not in room photo. (I will get new photos when I get back from holiday)
Rent is £700 per month, including bills. Flexible on move-in date and length of stay.
