Short stays (2 days+), Mon-Fri or 6 mths or less

Lovely double room available in our Edwardian family home in the Pembrokes for either short term or Monday-Friday lets. COUPLES WELCOME FOR PER NIGHT STAYS ONLY - Monday to Friday and weekly rolling to be agreed on request.

Close to the beach, a big Tesco’s, Hove Station, George Street and countless pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

All bills included. We have two dogs (one with a fairly loud bark). Shared family bathroom although also use of small shower/toilet room off our kitchen. Use of the large kitchen with its dining table and sofa/living area and use of the garden and washing line. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer (when raining). Kettle and air fryer in the room for convenience although kitchen is available for use anytime except 6.30 - 7.30pm.

Happy to rent on the following basis:

£175 per week on a rolling basis;
£150 per week for Monday to Friday let;
£40.00 per night with a minimum of 2 nights (couples welcome)

Security deposits £175, £150, £40 respectively.

Wi-Fi and bills all included.
