Light, Spacious and Private En-suite Room in Hove

We have a large light, airy and quiet, en-suite, double room to let an Edwardian terraced house. The room is on the second floor (attic), offering privacy and enjoys a large window with a view to the back garden with trees and birds.

The house is 1 minute from Portslade Station which has excellent road, bus and rail connections to Brighton, London and along the coast. Hove sea front is a 5-10 minute walk away.

The room is furnished with a fitted desk, double bed, bed side table and a chest of draws. The living room and kitchen are shared. The house is always clean and tidy, and we would look for someone that likes this too.

We are looking for a fun and respectful person to share our home with. We both work so the room would suit a professional or someone in full time education looking for some where quite to live and study.

The room is available at the ed of May or early June.

We have included a picture of our small, well-behaved dog, who would also be your housemate!
