A large double bedroom is becoming available in our lovely 3-bed professional flat in beautiful Palmeira Square, Hove — a stone’s throw from the seafront, Hove Lawns, buses, shops, cafes and good transport links.

The flat is clean, tidy,  well looked after and includes a large lounge, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and a bathroom (with shower & bath).

We’re looking for a kind, responsible and considerate flatmate who wants a peaceful place to live. Ideally, someone working full-time and looking for a longer-term rental. The flat is very much a relaxed place to come home to - definitely not a party house.

You’d be sharing with two considerate, friendly housemates. Michelle hybrid works for a company in London, enjoys living by the sea, swimming & jogging, art exhibitions, seeing friends, yoga/barre, and a good TV series or film. David is a software developer and likes keeping active with the gym, dance classes and walks by the sea.

Our current flatmate is sadly moving out, as buying a flat,  so we’re looking for someone new.

The room is a large double room with west facing rooftop & sunset view over Hove.  Viewing is recommeded, new carpets thoughtout flat are being laid in early / mid June.
No Smoking or Pets, due to tenancy agreement. Payments will be made to Letting agency, who will require deposit (5 weeks rent), references, & id check. Council Tax Band C.

The flat is in residents’ parking Zone M, and it’s roughly a 15-minute walk to Hove station & 20 mins to Brighton station. There are also good bus services, 10 mins drive to be on the A27.
