The house is very near to local shops and buses into Brighton. It is also about a 5 min walk to Hove and Aldrington Stations and a 10 to 15 min walk to the beach.
The house is in parking zone R, residents parking permits are available from B&H Council.
I am looking for a professional person to rent from Monday to Friday for £750 per month inc. bills, wi-fi & council tax.
