Beautiful double opposite the sea

Available for short-term let is a cosy and stylish double room in my lovely apartment opposite the sea. The room is furnished with a small bed, hanging rail and chest of draws.

You’ll be living with a 37 year old female academic, and a tank of frogs and fish. Nnedi the cat may be there, so not suitable for someone with allergies. We are friendly, enjoy reading, watching movies, walking, stand up, theatre etc. Queer friendly. The flat is in a family block, so there are quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

The flat is directly across from the sea and the newly renovated Hove recreation areas with excellent coffee and food too. There are regular buses into Brighton or a walk along the seafront. There is paid for parking on the road.

The cost includes all bills. Cleaning would be shared. It’s available for November 2026. Shorter than a month is also possible. Feel free to drop a line with any questions.
