Bright 2-bedroom flat with sea views, a spacious living room and small balcony overlooking the avenue. The available room is a cosy double room with space for a double bed and storage. There is also a wardrobe in the hallway providing additional storage. The flat has a functional kitchen area and one bathroom with a bath. On-street parking is available via permit or pay-by-phone parking.

One of the current flatmates will be moving out, so the room will need to be filled by September.

I’m looking for someone who values keeping the flat clean, tidy and respectful, as I’d like the space to feel comfortable and well looked after for both of us. Ideally someone chilled and sociable who enjoys a friendly home environment. Strictly no couples.
