I’m looking for someone to take over my contract in the next few weeks for my double room in lovely flat right in the heart of Hove !
The flat has been v well maintained and everything is finished really nicely. Lovely wood flooring throughout shared areas and super soft carpets in bedroom. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and plenty of fridge space. The living room has 2 big sofas& a dining table. Bathroom has shower and bath & is shared with only one other person.
The bedroom is small but cosy with plenty of room for a double bed, desk and wardrobe. Some of the furniture came with the flat so will be staying (bed&mattress, wardrobe & side table).
You’d be sharing with two lovely ladies in their 20s who are v friendly & always up for a chat but also respect each others space. Shared spaces are always kept clean so would be grateful to find someone respectful of this too!
