Double ensuite room available from 1st August in a friendly 5 bedroom house just off Portland Road, Hove.

Bills included, including a cleaner every 2 weeks. Large kitchen/diner and comfy communal lounge, as well as a really big sun trap of a garden. There's plenty of on street parking that you should easily be able to get a permit for.

10 minute walk from the beach.
Great transport links - 30 seconds from bus into the city centre and 5 minutes walk from Aldrington train station.
Lots of great cafés, restaurants and pubs really close by.

Landlord is super friendly and chill and always sorts any issues out quickly.

One of our housemates is moving away so you would be sharing with 3 females and 1 male, all professionals/mature student who like a kitchen chat, some wine in the garden or a series/film in the lounge, but also have their own busy lives.

We're a very chilled household with no issues with having friends round or staying over, and we share chores, take it in turns buying household bits and keep on top of tidiness/cleanliness, etc.
