Room in a three bed house in Hove

Hello,

After two great years living here I am sad to be leaving. The house is situated 5 minutes away from Aldrington station and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Just off the street is Portland road with a sainsbury's local 5 minutes away and plenty of Cafe's and takeaway options.

We have a decent sized garden that gets lots of sun. There is a bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.

The room is on the ground floor of the house but is quiet and peaceful. It also has a door leading into the garden. The room would come with a bed frame and mattress, I am also happy to leave the clothes rail and small table if you would prefer.

I live with two friendly guys originally from Brighton. We are looking for a chill person who is also happy to live with our lovely cat Stanley. The move in date can also be slightly flexible. I have a car and it was easy to arrange a permit for the parking zone with no waiting list. Council tax C.
