Small Double Room on Eaton Road - £610/month

We’re looking for someone to take over the lease for our flatmate. The rent is on the contract split three way for £650 but due to the differing sizes of the bedrooms, we felt £610 was more fair.

The bedroom does fit a standard double bed, which we own (not the mattress) and you are welcome to use, however a single or small double would probably be better.
Comes with two built-in Cupboards, one inside the room, one just outside the bedroom door. 1 Shared Bathroom, separate Loo.

Issy works from home full time in Insurance, and I work from home every Tuesday for an Arts/Heritage Charity. We both use the living/dining room but there is no space for a desk.

Bills are around £120 a month. Heating and Hot water is included in the rent.

We are looking for someone long term, who is down for movie nights and an occasional cheeky boozer. We are a communal household and you are welcome to use kitchen equipment etc and we love to add Jars to our pantry!
