Double room available in Brunswick square area 🪽

The room available is a large double room (11”11 x 10”7) with a huge window that gets a lot of natural light. The room is unfurnished, but comes with built-in storage and a large wardrobe (so all you’d need to bring is a bed!) 🌟 The flat also has a beautiful, large living area with an open plan kitchen, fully furnished!
The room is available from the 29th August, rent is £665/month. Bills can vary depending on the month, but usually equate to (at most) £100/month for water, gas & electric, and wifi.
You’d be living with myself and my beautiful friend Fia. We’re both in our early 20s, creatives, working full time post-graduation, queer-friendly, and super easy-going.

I (Lette) work in childcare and my hours are typically strictly between 8-6 on weekdays. I love reading, crochet and watching a good film.
Fia works in hospitality so her hours and days can vary. She loves going to the gym, arts n crafts, and being out and about.
We both love going to the pub, spending time down on the beach (which is only a 5 minute walk from the flat!), as well as cosy nights in/games nights/splitting a bottle of wine. We enjoy spending time together, yet also respect each other’s space and need for alone time. We both value a respectful, homely atmosphere and we’d love to live with someone communicative, kind and tidy.
