Large double room available from late August/early September. The room is part of a lovely large two storey flat, that has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, shared kitchen and living room, and additional guest room and study in the attic conversion. Plenty of period features. There is also plenty of storage in the eaves of the property.

The room comes furnished with king sized bed, wardrobe and bed side tables. I’ve been sharing with my flatmate for a year, however she is moving out at the end of August so looking for someone else to take the spare room. We currently use a bathroom each and then the attic conversion space can be used to share.

The location is ideal - only 8 minutes walk from Hove train station into London, and 10 minutes to the beach and shops/cafes etc.

I work half the week in London and then half from the flat.
