A studio style annexe at the end of our garden with a separate entrance down shared driveway.
A good size living space with room for double bed, sofa and kitchen areas with en-suite shower room. The kitchen area is not a fully functioning kitchen but does have fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
It is serviced by a really good regular bus service to Hove, Brighton (including the stations) and Universities (5B and 3X)with plenty of amenities within a 5-10 min walk. Shops include Co-Op, Tesco, ALDI, Boots together with variety of takeaways and coffee shops. Hove Park is about 10-15 min walk.
On street free parking in also an advantage
