Seafront Hove flat, 17 nights, bills included

My partner and I are away travelling from the 11th-28th October, and are looking to rent our flat. It's a large apartment situated on Brunswick Terrace, directly opposite Hove Lawns and the beach. The whole apartment will be available, except the 2nd bedroom (where we'll store our stuff). It's fully furnished, and all bills are included.

Something to note is that we're in the middle of a refurb, so the ensuite is a little jaded, but still functional.

Ideally looking for respectful and happy people who are looking for a couple of weeks of accommodation in the best part of Brighton & Hove (I'm from here, so I feel I can say that without too much bias). The views are fantastic, and everything is on your doorstep.
