I'm looking for a friendly and respectful person to share my bright and spacious two-bedroom flat in the heart of Hove. The flat is located in a quiet, secure residential building just moments from Hove seafront, offering a peaceful home in one of the best locations in the city.

* The flat is located between New Church Road and Kingsway (on St Aubyn's Street), very close to the sea and Hove Beach
* Tesco Superstore, George Street, cafés, restaurants and local shops all within five minutes' walk
* Excellent bus links to Brighton city centre and other parts of the city.
* Hove Station is around a 10-minute walk away
* On-street resident parking (Zone N permit)

A bright, sunny and well-maintained second-floor flat. You'll have access to:

There is a possibility to rent either of the rooms in the flat. Both rooms are furnished with bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an optional desk if required

Single occupancy is preferred, but couples are also welcome with the needful adjustment to the rent and bills.

I'm a working professional and spend most of my time outside the flat. I'm easy-going, friendly and respectful of other people's privacy and personal space. While everyone has their own routine, it's always nice to have a chat over a cup of tea from time to time.

* Looking for a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house

We share a simple weekly cleaning rota for the communal areas, also happy to arrange a cleaner if that’s preferred.

* No loud parties or behaviour that disturbs neighbours
* No pets
* No regular overnight guests

The flat is a peaceful home where we can all relax after a busy day, and I'd like to keep it that way.
