I have a bright and sunny lovely double room available in fantastic 2-bedroom flat in Central Hove. I am looking for someone to move in on the 1st September 2026.

You would be sharing with a friendly female flatmate. I run my own business doing social media and digital marketing working from home.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional and preferably a non-smoker. I am very sociable and am looking for a friendly, laid-back flatmate to share my beautiful home. I am pretty quiet during the week but like to socialise at the weekends.

This definitely isn't a party flat but am definitely up for having the odd dinner, glass of wine. or movie night. But I am not a party animal so I don't drink much and definitely no drugs. I am looking to live with someone who wants to live in beautiful, clean, quiet home. I have decorated the flat and have made it a beautiful space to live in.

I am looking for someone who likes to socialise and meet new people but is also respectful of others and will look after the place and clean up after yourself.

I work really hard during the week and like going to the gym and keeping fit. The flat is very central and is a 5-minute walk to Hove Station and the town centre.

There is a large living room, bright modern galley kitchen, decent sized bathroom which will be yours as I have an en-suite. I have TV/broadband internet and all the mod cons. The room is partly furnished with an inbuilt wardrobe and chest of draws but you will need your own bed.

The rent is 750 per month plus bills which are roughly £150-£180 per month and the deposit is £750. It is a private landlord, so no agency fees. I would like someone in full time employment who doesn't work from home. No students, No couples and No pets
