Room to rent in girlie flat 🫶🏼

We currently have 1 bedroom to rent in our 3 bedroom flat.

A bit about the flat:
We are in a prime location, just off church road and second avenue in Hove 🫶🏼 . Myself (Bella, 25) and another girl (Charlotte, also 25) live here. Our third girlie is moving out unfortunately. The bedroom is quite small, but has under bed storage and a small cupboard next to the room that is solely yours.
The flat is prime location and is a 3/4 minutes walk to hove lawns/hove beach. There is shops, pubs, restaurants etc below our house. So the flat is in an excellent location. There is multiple bus stops below our house and hove train station is approx an 17 minutes walk.

Bill are approx £90 during the summer each and £120 during the winter. This includes council tax, WiFi and electricity.

A bit about of us 🫶🏼 :
I’m from Scotland and lived in the flat since April 2025 and love it! I work full time as a paramedic doing shift work in Worthing. This means I’m kinda in and out the flat, but when I’m home I do enjoy painting, socialising with friends or keeping fit!

Charlotte is also 25, is a teacher and has been in the flat for two years!

The flat is very chilled, calm and easy going. And we’d also like someone very similar to that!

To be considered for our flat, please have references available and approx 4/5 weeks rent available as a deposit. Our current flatmate is hoping to move out by 9th of September so the process needs to be completed asap :)
