This is a large single bedroom close to the coast in Hove, it is less than a 5 minute walk to a bus stop that will take you straight to the centre of town. If you prefer train there is a station no longer than 15 minutes away. We are close to boundary road which is full of restaurants and shops.
The location is also close to the beach and the local Lagoon which is perfect for dog walks.
This property includes a driveway that is free to use.
The room also has patio doors that open out into the garden which is maintained and kept as a peaceful space as it is located in a quiet residential area.
The room itself is furnished with drawers, wardrobe and a little bar area which you can feel free to use, a personal kettle, toaster and microwave can be provided if required. (TV not included)
Looking for a friendly, possibly mature student to move in as my daughter is going off to uni.
There is also a little dog named poppy living with me so animal lovers would be appreciated.
