Double Room overlooking downs available

The bedroom on offer

Current flatmate is moving out at the beginning of October so I’m looking for someone to take their place.
The room: a large double, with lots of space for a desk and wardrobe etc. It overlooks the downs and gets lots of natural light.
The flat: spacious 2 bed flat, kitchen with modern appliances, separate bathroom and toilet room. The entire flat gets lots of natural light, and even has a south / sea facing balcony which is stunning in the summer (and great for winter sunsets over the sea!!). It’s also opposite to St Ann’s Well park, close to seven dials and western road, and the 21 bus goes right past as well.
About myself: I work with children so I like my flat to be a calming space where I can shut off from work craziness! I like hanging out in the living room as much as having my own time, and I love cooking for / with friends. Looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and wants a similar vibe.
