We have a room available in our flat in Hove (actually), from the 12th October. Rent is £781 and bills are between £170-£195 a month.

The flat is situated on a lovely quiet street, not far from Seven Dials and the centre of Hove. On street parking is available and there is no waiting list for a parking permit.

The room is a double bedroom, which comes unfurnished but has plenty of space for a desk, wardrobe and even a small sofa if you wanted! It also comes with its own private bathroom on your own private floor. You would also have access to the shower in the main bathroom downstairs.

We have a private landlord who is great and responds promptly to all communication.

The flat is about a 25 minute walk to the city centre and 10 minute walk to Western Road, where you can find an abundance of places to eat and drink, or watch the world go by! The seafront is a further 5 minutes away and great fun in the summer. There are also some lovely parks close by such as Hove Park and St Ann’s Wells Gardens.

Housemates:
We are a friendly household but tend to have busy work/social lives and we respect each other’s privacy. We like to keep the flat nice and tidy are looking for like-minded people. I work in education and Joe works in hospitality and we are both passionate about our work. We are looking for a fellow professional who would love to make this their home and ideally stay long-term.
