Hello! A lovely small double bedroom will be available in our friendly flat share from late September - we’re on the top floor of a peaceful block of residential flats near to the Brighton & Hove border, so very close to the sea, town centre and the beautiful St Ann’s Well Gardens!

You’ll be sharing with three female professionals, who do a mixture of office-based work and working from home across the week, so we’re more than happy if that reflects your schedule too. Fern, Irene & Emma are all really friendly and enjoy spending time with one another, but are also respectful of alone time and privacy when you need it too.

The available room can fit a small double or double bed, plus furniture, and has a big window with a gorgeous leafy green view. There’s also a large cupboard in the hall that is yours for extra storage. The flat itself has an open plan kitchen/living room, which is great for relaxing and socialising, and has a fantastic view of the sunsets too! Then there’s a shared bathroom, plus an extra separate toilet, and the kitchen has plenty of storage space and comes with all appliances, including a washing machine and dryer.

The rent for the room is £450 a month, with the utility bills managed between us generally coming to around £140-160 each per month, depending on the season (for electric, gas, council tax band C, Internet, water and a twice monthly cleaner). The deposit is £576.
