We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom flat.
We have a nice big and bright lounge that gets the morning sun that leads onto a small balcony. She’s modest but we have fairy lights haha.
A bit about us! We (Eddie & Emily) are both early thirties professionals. This not a party flat really but we love a chat and to chill in the lounge. We also really like our own space.
I like reading, going to the cinema and doing whatever craft I’m in to at the time. In the warmer months I love to go swimming in the sea.
Emily loves cooking, being by the sea and a dose of reality tv!
Bills are £121 on top of rent.
That includes, council tax, wifi, water, energy, Now tv.
We’re on the third floor- there is a lift but it is occasionally out of service!
Room is available from 28th September and deposit is £350
