Two Rooms in Hove!

Hello all - looking for two new housemates in a lovely spacious flat in Hove! Both rooms are double bedrooms.

It’s a great location within central Hove, a 7 minute walk away from Hove train station with bus stops just outside. Plus it's only a 2 minute walk to George Street and 5 minutes to the seafront.

A bit about me - I’m a geography teacher so will be out and about during the day but always love a chit and/or chat in the evenings. Other than that, I love playing music, hiking, just about anything arts n crafty, and the occasional wee boogie :) Would be nice to find people who get along, but also respect each others space.

Deposit of £600 with no additional fees. We have a fantastic private landlord who deals with any problems we have, but who is also very hands-off. Our flat is a non parking permit flat so unfortunately you cannot apply for one living at this address but great transport links nearby.

Bills are £100 - £120 a month (varies), including Broadband, Gas, Electricity, TV Licence, Water & Council Tax (Band B). We use Splitwise to work out the bills and take on a few each. Tenancy starts from 3rd October. Looking forward to hearing from you !!
