Hove double room with own bathroom

Modern, clean and lovely flat.
Access to your own shower room and toilet.
Very close to Aldrington station/poets corner. Close to coffee shops.
Trains can be heard but it doesn’t bother most people.
Sharing with professional live in landlord.
Would suit a professional, friendly, definitely animal friendly, person.
Age not an issue just wanting someone mature in their outlook who is able to sort out every day issues in a friendly and respectful manner.
Would also suit someone who needs to rest and relax after work and understands the need to sleep! 😊
If this is you, please feel free to contact me!
Happy to discuss furniture as needed as no bed in place (previous lodger had hers).
Thank you 🙏
