Gorj sunny room for rent in Hove!!!!

Hiya!! Our lovely housemate is moving back to Australia in November and so we will need a new one!! Could it be you???? ✌️😜 a bit about us:
You’d be moving in with me (Liv - 29) and Ellie (26). Both me and Ellie work days (me as a carpenter and Ellie as a bar manager at a lovely cafe in Hove) and would love for our next housemate to be on a similar schedule but it’s not a deal breaker :) We love to do the occasional dinner night and spend a lot of time yapping about nothing in our cosy living room but also are very respectful of everyone having down time and their own space etc etc. The room we have available is a small sunny double, there is an option for it to be furnished if your prefer - we have a shared open plan living room/kitchen with all the usual amenities except a microwave and one bathroom with shower/bath. The flat is on the third floor and there is a lift but it’s often broken, there’s a basement area where bikes can be stored.
