A lovely furnished double bedroom with its own private ensuite shower room is available in a welcoming, well-kept maisonette arranged over two floors.

The bedroom is situated on the top floor, offering additional privacy and separation from the main living areas.

The property is ideally located less than five minutes’ walk from Hove railway station and approximately 12 minutes’ walk from the beach. It is also close to local shops, cafés, restaurants and excellent transport links.

You would be sharing with me, a friendly 47-year-old female working professional, and my 21-year-old son, who works full-time as an electrician. We are relaxed, friendly and respectful and would like someone who will feel comfortable and at home here while also respecting everyone’s privacy and space.

We are looking for one professional woman who is friendly, clean, considerate and responsible. As this is our home, finding the right person is very important to us.
