Double room in spacious flat near Hove station!

Double with built-in storage available in Hove! Very close to Hove station, and it's generally just a really lovely flat. Nice vibe, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms.

Ideally, the new flatmate will be clean & tidy and respectful of the existing housemates.

The room comes equipped with a bed, a mattress I bought earlier this year, a desk, an office chair, some shelving & storage stuff, and an inbuilt wardrobe which is quite large, etc. It's comfortably big enough to have a desk and workspace, as well as the bed without being cramped.

The room comes furnished, with large windows and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is enormous and we have plenty of space for the occasional gathering.

The kitchen is small, but has enough storage space that we share. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, as well as the usual electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, etc.

The flat has 2 bathrooms between 3 of us.

Great location, 5 minute walk to hove station, walking distance to the beach and Brighton city centre. Parking is available in the car park, garages are also possible to rent. Council tax band E. Heating & hot water is included in the rental price.

We can't have couples or pets, and the landlord requires working professionals only.
