Large Double Room Available End Sept in Hove

We are looking for one more housemate to join our current house of three in a property we have found in Hove, Church Road.

I am Katie, a 32 year old in my last year of uni at Brighton studying Fashion Design.
There is Georgie 29, who is a creative, passionate about traveling music and crafting, and Olive 24 who is a mental health support worker. We have all met via spareroom and bonded over our love of music, creativity, and crafting, and we hope our house will be full of cosy yet fun vibes.

We have put an offer on the property and had it accepted this week but sadly one of the housemates dropped out at the last minute.

The rent is 695 for a big double 17.79 m² and a large open plan kitchen living area. The flat is light and spacious, and is currently unfurnished so you can put your spin on things. Bills arent included but we estimate them to be around 150.

We have been given a move of 2 weeks from the moment we hand over our details for referencing, so we are hopefully looking at the end of September for a move in date.
