The flat is light and usually quiet because it is at the top but this means a lot of stairs, however it is definitely worth the climb it takes about ten days to get used to the stairs. The floor is uneven & the kitchen is small but it's still a good place to be.
The sea is a few minutes walk to the south and a few minutes walk north there is Saint Ann's Well Gardens with tennis courts etc. Good local bars, restaurants / cafes & small supermarkets. Buses on Western Road to all parts of the city. Within walking distance of George Street Hove & Churchill Square Brighton. All three rooms are comfortable & single occupancy. Rent includes bills. Open to workers and full-time mature students, none are suitable for working from home.
The flat is usually warm in winter but previous flatmates caused such high bills that this winter the heating will be off Monday to Friday 9-5, preference given to people with occupations outside the home at those times. Unfortunately flatmates can no longer invite friends or family to stay - better to rent a place where you pay the bills Personal effects shown in the photos ( books etc) will be removed. Beds have mattress topper and protector, the rest of the bedding supplied by the flatmates

Double room - room 2 :Available now £ 650 bills included. £ 500 damage deposit single bed single occupancy Overlooks gardens plenty of storage, good desk.

Single room : bedroom 3 Available 3 October Rent £490 pounds. Damage deposit £400 per month, all bills included in the rent. Single bed, single occupancy Small but it has more storage space than many double rooms, a good size desk, large wardrobe / storage area,. It's lit by a skylight. Very good location

Small bathroom shared by maximum 3 flatmates, the landlady may also stay when work needs to be done or a flatmate has left etc

Wanted : flatmates who clean up after themselves & share the general housework (in the past men have stayed but seemed incapable of doing housework so now women are preferred) No free riders, no drug taking including smoking. Must get on well with other people, not exploit the landlady's absence..
Preference for women 24 - 44 with a daytime occupation away from the flat.
