Girly Flat

A room is available in a lovely flat located in hove of second avenue. This flat is surrounded by lovely pubs and cafes, with a 5 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to Tesco.

myself (23) and my housemate Charlotte (25) currently live here. The flat is very quiet and chilled, however would love someone who would be very friendly and easy going.

The room: the room is small but is big enough to fit a double bed in, with storage you can use under the stairs and a big window that opens out the room.

The bills would average out to around £90, which is including council tax, energy bills etc.

A bit about myself(Molly), I moved into the flat a few weeks ago and have loved living here. Ive been living in Brighton for five years and decided to stay living in Brighton after uni! I work at a cafe near by and a afterschool club , so I can be busy with two jobs but still love to be social and love meeting new people. In my spare time I love to see my friends, go to pubs , see my fave djs, walks and love a good cafe.

Charlotte who lives here is 25 and is a music teacher:)
