I’m looking for someone to take over my room from early November. The rent is very cheap considering how nice and spacious the place is (£775) and bills come in at around £200 per month (council tax, gas & electricity, wifi, water).

There's a huge built in wardrobe in the bedroom and a large storage cupboard in the kitchen. Kitchen has a built in dishwasher and washing machine.

As you can see from the photos, the flat is absolutely stunning and the bedroom and the flat itself are both huge.
I have absolutely loved living here and I'm only moving out because I'm buying my own place. I will miss it so so much, especially being a few mins walk from the seafront 🥹

You will be sharing with Georgia, who is 27 and a Solicitor. She's very friendly and loves a chat but also works full time and enjoys working out.
