I have two comfortable furnished double rooms available in my home in Hove for a short-term stay of around 8 weeks, and you can choose which room suits you best.

The house is in a quiet residential area with good bus links into Hove and Brighton and is within easy reach of the seafront. There’s also a sunny enclosed garden/patio which you’re welcome to enjoy.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, including the kitchen and bathroom. Bills, Council Tax and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy female lodger who would enjoy a relaxed and peaceful home. This could suit someone who is relocating, between homes, working in the area temporarily, or simply looking for somewhere comfortable while making longer-term plans.

I’m particularly keen to find someone who treats the house as their home and is respectful of shared spaces. I’d like to have a chat or meet beforehand so we can get to know each other a little and make sure it feels like a good fit for both of us.

£190 per week including bills, Council Tax and Wi-Fi
£380 refundable deposit
Minimum stay: 1 month
Maximum stay: 2 months
Available: 22 October – 18 December 2026
Possible extension into January 2027 by mutual agreement
