Hi! We're three girls and a cat (Roo 🐱) in a bright, split-level three-bed flat in Hove. One of us is off abroad to do her master's, so we're looking for someone lovely to take over her room ❤️

The room
It's a gorgeous double with east-facing window and carpeted floors. It comes unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished, and our leaving flatmate has bedroom furniture you can buy from her if you'd like.
There's also a shower/utility room downstairs with storage which we hardly use since we mostly use the main bathroom upstairs ☺️

Shared Areas
Downstairs you've got the kitchen, living room, small balcony and the utility/shower room. Upstairs you'll find the main bathroom and large landing ☺️ we’ve got plenty of space across the flat to wfh as well 💻 

Who you'd be living with
Kat (34) works in fundraising and marketing, is studying psychology, and loves reading and crocheting 🧶
Honey (31) works in HR, loves paddle boarding and runs on coffee ☕
And Roo, our sassy cat, which means we can't have other pets, sorry! 😿

The vibe
We like a cosy, homely flat: cooking, watching TV, wine and a good chat. We love our downtime too, though. We're not a party flat, but we're always up for a fun games night, friends over or a beer on the beach 🍻 We keep the place nice and tidy, and we'd love someone who wants to be part of the home rather than a ship in the night!

Getting around
There's a bus stop 3 minutes' walk away with regular buses into Brighton (including the 1X), and Aldrington and Hove stations are close for Brighton and London.

Costs
Rent is £730pm, and bills come to around £160pm (council tax, water, electric, gas and wifi). Deposit is £884.00.
