Hey, I’m Matt. I’ve had a couple of housemates move out suddenly so am in need of 2 individuals (or pals) to move in. I’m 25 and working in Sussex for a design agency. I’m into sports (big on football), enjoy films, coffee, cooking and a Friday night pint (or two).
The flat is a nice, modern flat which is 2 minutes walk away from the seafront and Palmeira square. Comes with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and is just a stones throw away from Sainsbury’s or Tescos and an array of wonderful bars, cafes and pubs. Importantly is at the back of the building so doesn’t look onto noisy western road traffic!
