Beautiful and incredibly large bedroom with wet room available in a period property in the heart of Hove!

The available bedroom is unfurnished and is the size of a studio flat with its' own shower and sink, huge bay window, original fireplace and very high ceilings. The room is East facing so gets lovely morning sunlight through four huge windows. Our living room is also incredibly large, with lovely evening sun in our bay window.

The property is two minutes from Church Road and five minutes from Hove beach huts- an incredibly prime location!

Council tax band C, zone N for parking with plenty of spaces available.

A bit about me- I'm Talia, 29 y/o and working full time in sports media. My job isn't a traditional 9-5, with long hours and weekend work, so it's really important to me to have a relaxing and cosy home to come back to. I'm incredibly friendly and would love nothing more than to eat dinner and watch TV together! This is definitely not a party house but I am social with friends outside of the flat and would love to have the same energy with my housemate. Super important to be clean and tidy so we can enjoy the house together!

Rent is £925 PCM with bills approximately £210 per month, so around £1100 all in. This is not a HMO so you will be responsible for 50% of the tenancy, rather than just the bedroom available.

For full transparency: my current housemate is in the process of buying, so we are yet to have an official move in date- we are hoping for early-middle of January, but will update on availability dates ASAP. I'd love to get the ball rolling now on the potential housemate hunt!
