1 large double room in beautiful hove house

This House share is for FEMALES please due to current housemate preference .( sharing with myself and 2 other professional girls, ) Hello , i have 1 large double room for rent , large double glazed windows , blackout blind and curtains, new double bed with draws, the whole house is brilliantly refurbished and has all mod cons. The double room has wall tv . the lounge has large tv and the house has wifi with EE approx 500 mb . The room has lots of storage and large wardrobes and a bathroom you share with one other girl . Preferably , i would like to find a female lodger who is clean and tidy in nature , happy to share and with keeping house straight after yourself( my house cleaner comes once a fortnight anyway to do all main areas ) I’m looking for someone long term pref but happy to talk about time scale. House has lovely garden and decking area , there's free road parking , it's on the main bus route (no 5 5a 5b), various shops ,chemist ,doctor, library, pub at end of road. Portslade train station is 10 mins walk away , thanks for reading and see you soon , PLEASE NOTE I always do 2 visits of any potential new lodger here to ensure it’s the right place and person for us both and the other girls , I have a couple of cats here at home called jack and Louie , love a cuddle and give lots of love back .
