We have a nice double room available in Hove within a two bedroom flat. The flat is furnished having been newly renovated/re-decorated and is close to Portslade station meaning easy access to Brighton & Hove as well as Worthing etc via the bus or train links in the area (not too far from the beach either!). Also there is free on-street parking & good storage in the kitchen. Local facilities include a large supermarket, the high street, parks, lots of other shops & easy access to the A27. Please note, we don't have a living room, but do end up in eachother's rooms as we're friendly folks! That's why the price is low.. ;)
The rent is £450pm including bills!
