Lovely double room available in a friendly house share in the Poets Corner area of Hove.

The room is provided unfurnished and is available for a minimum of a 6 month term on a single occupancy basis only.

The housemates are a friendly group, generally working 9-5 sort of jobs and are looking for someone similar to take the room. The housemates always get the final decision on who moves in with them, so they all get on well.

The house has recently had a full refurbishment, so it's all looking good. There are new sofas in the lounge and a large 50" tv.

The kitchen comes with all necessary integrated appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of fridge and freezer space. It is provided fully equipped and it has a full height fridge and two separate freezers to allow plenty of shelf space for everyone.

There's also a dining area with doors opening out to the rear garden area where there's a bbq and a covered bike rack for secure bike storage.

The rent includes all bills (Gas, electricity, council tax, water, high-speed wireless internet) and a cleaner is provided for the communal areas of the house.

The house is only a short walk to both Aldrington (3 mins) and Hove (10 mins) train stations. It is also conveniently located next to the bus links on the Portland Road allowing for easy commuting into Brighton and elsewhere, whilst still being only a 10 mins walk from Hove seafront.

The house is in parking zone R and resident's parking permits are available the same day.
