I have a lovely loft conversion/ attic room in my house with en suite facilities.
It is a very good sized room with a double bed, a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, some shelving and a desk. There is also a TV and WI-FI is available.
The house is very near to local shops and buses into Brighton. It is also about a 5 min walk to Hove and Aldrington Stations and a 10 to 15 min walk to the beach.
The house is in parking zone R, residents parking permits are available from B&H Council.
I am looking for a professional, preferably, female to rent for 7 Days a week £750 per month inc. bills & council tax.
The move in date is flexible.
