This is a good size double room in central hove near all the main facilities and transport links etc. The flat comes furnished as I'm going traveling for 3 months and need to find somebody to fill it. Consequently, it's a 3 month rental period beginning on 7th of November and ending on the 7th of February.
There is a reasonable size bathroom and a big shared living room. We're a clean sociable bunch of normal people. the tenant would also need to pay council tax of £40 per month, internet/tv of around £15 per month and any bills too. The gas and electric bills are normally quite low though.
I'm available for viewings during the evenings and at weekends. I can't always answer my phone at work although i will try to, texts and emails are no problem so this is probably easier. IF you've got any questions then please don't hesitate to ask. This would be perfect for people who've just moved to the area or have come for work etc.
the only real requirement is that you're working full time and can afford everything. No DSS unfortunately.
